handpieceONE serves the dental community, offering great savings in handpiece repair services and faster repair turn-around.  Alternative to manufacturer services, handpieceONE’s main advantage is affordability and flexibility. Authorized and factory trained, we repair most pneumatic (air-driven) handpieces as well as electric handpieces.  With our extensive quality control, the repair is done right the first time around, eliminating the trouble of sending the unit back for warranty repair. We understand, that sometimes, handpiece components may fail sooner than usual, but, if for any reason the dental drill is not performing the way it should, please, let us know, we will correct the problem right away so you can continue operating what you do best, your practice.

How Are We Able To Offer Low Cost Repair?

We work with our customer to lower overhead cost and the best way to save money on handpiece repair is through rebuild instead of complete turbine replacement.  Due to the effect of sterilization, bearings and seals are usual causes of handpiece failure due to frequent heat exposure when autoclaving.  With proper tools and techniques, these can be repaired with higher precision bearings and quality o-rings. We use only parts that are manufactured to meet & exceeds OEM specifications.  

We have developed a method of carefully repairing the turbine back to its specified “new” operating standard - oftentimes, these standards are exceeded with modern and high quality replacement parts. Turbine components that are out of specification are replaced and components needing no replacement that seldom goes bad are re-used.  No reason to waste money replacing turbine parts that are not broken.  In rare circumstances, after thorough inspection the turbine is not repairable, our only option is to recommend a new one.  Your choice, at reasonable prices, we offer quality aftermarket turbine replacements complete with ABEC 9 bearings or (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer turbine replacements.
